Vendor Information

To apply to be a vendor at SLVFest 2011, please go to our Vendor Application page. We do limit the number of vendors of similar products, so apply early! If you have difficulty finding or using the application, please contact us. We will be happy to send one via email to you.

Juried Show

Since 2007, the SLVFest has been a juried show, to ensure a consistent quality and variety of products. This helps us bring in a good crowd and optimize everyone's success.  Vendors should have mainly handmade items to apply for our festival.

Setup

Setup is optionally on Friday starting at 12pm.  Or on Saturday from 7:00 AM to  9:00 AM.

You may drive your vehicle right behind your booth space to unload, however we ask you to park elsewhere as soon as you are finished unloading, and no later than 8:45 AM.  Parking is available on the streets around the festival site.  In general, please park away from the Festival location, to ensure your patrons have a place to park.

Free coffee and donuts will be available for you during setup.  Food vendors will be available during the festival.

Electrical power is not available in the booth area.  You must bring your own tent.  Limited tables and chairs are available on a first come first served basis..

The festival is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and 9:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday.  Vendors have the option of setting up on Friday (security is provided) from 12:00pm.
